Ms. Adams was a founding partner of Adams & Hayes Law, an Estate Planning and Elder Law firm established in 2000 and located in Lincoln, CA. Upon her retirement from the law practice on Jan. 1, 2015, the firm's ownership was transferred to Juliette T. Robertson, and the firm's name changed to Robertson | Adams.

Ms. Adams is a member of the State Bar of California and the Placer County Bar Association. Mrs. Adams is a General Member of PFAC (Professional Fiduciary Association of California) and former Treasurer for the PFAC Northern Region. She is a skilled Mediator and Placer County California Superior Court Volunteer Pro-Tem Judge.

Ms. Adams's legal experience has been in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and conservatorships. Her focus on senior issues follows a successful 25-year corporate career with three Fortune 500 companies as a Senior Officer and Division Head, managing domestic and international operations.

Ms. Adams continues public speaking on the subjects of fiduciary duties and responsibilities and prevention of elder abuse. Ms. Adams conducts training for service groups, government agencies, and businesses on financial elder abuse and other senior issues and is a guest lecturer at American River College.

In addition to Juris Doctor, Ms. Adams has a BS in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from California Coast University. Ms. Adams also holds the ARM designation (Associate in Risk Management) from the Insurance Institute of America. Ms. Adams is a certified party arbitrator and neutral Umpire. She has represented the Insurance Commissioner of the State of California in arbitrations for liquidated insurance companies.

Ms. Adams has a long history of community service. Highlighting a few are having served as a Big Sister for the Big Brother and Big Sister organization and a volunteer member of the Tinton Falls, New Jersey Planning Commission, Monmouth County Historic Society. She has been a Member or Director of WPCARE, Clover Valley Foundation, Lincoln Arts, Lincoln Chamber, AAUW, Lincoln Community Foundation, Lincoln Hills Foundation, and Lincoln Soroptimist. She has provided pro-bono legal services for many area non-profits, including the Volunteer Fireman's Association, Lincoln Arts, and Neighbors Indeed. Ms. Adams was also a candidate for Placer County supervisor in 1998.

Leticia G. Foster, a California Licensed Private Fiduciary # 1290, is the managing partner of TAD Executive Fiduciary Services.

Mrs. Foster joins TAD Executive Fiduciary Services, bringing over 16 years of substantive and related work experience to the firm and its clients. Mrs. Foster's six years as a Legal Administrative Assistant provided her with experience in drafting and reviewing Estate Planning documents, assisting clients with the duties associated with Trust Administration and other relevant legal documents.

Working as an Assistant Private Fiduciary for five years, she employs the skills learned in the legal field for the benefit of the firm's fiduciary clients. For five years, Mrs. Foster's role as a Project Manager for a major construction firm gained her experience in dealing with the trades, City and State Agencies, and subcontractors. This unique aspect of Mrs. Foster's work experience provides fiduciary clients with commercial and residential real estate the knowledge that their real property holdings are in capable hands. She is able to identify challenges and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Mrs. Foster joins our team while completing her undergraduate studies in Social and Behavioral Studies with associated electives in business administration and accounting. Mrs. Foster is multi-lingual and fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Mrs. Foster is married with a preschool-aged child. Parental experience places Mrs. Foster in a unique position to handle Trusts for minors and Special Needs Trusts for the disabled.
